Aligned Interests, Client Value

Living Earth Investments is committed to our clients’ investment success.  We are an independent firm and do not push packaged investment products on clients.  We are not compensated on clients’ trading activity and are not motivated to encourage excess trading.  Instead, Living Earth Investments charges a fee of 1.5% for assets under management.  This fee is significant, but we feel this is a value to clients, compared to excessive mutual fund fees, high stock commissions, and other money management alternatives. 

We utilize a customer friendly and cost effective online brokerage as a custodian for client accounts.  Clients have access to their funds and securities at all times.  All asset management fees are billed directly to client accounts.   Asset management fees may be tax deductible.  IRS Code Section 212 permits an itemized deduction for investment advice in the miscellaneous section of 1040 Schedule A.  Please consult your tax professional for more information.
